  SN 1499601 is a Winchester Model 70 XTR built circa 1981.  This example is a featherweight in 270 WIN.  This rifle shows a 22" barrel showing bright excellent plus bore. The blue rates 98-99% original finish.The stock shows it's original finish with only minor storage/occasional usage marks.  The rifle is mounted with a wide angle Bushnell banner scope.  It shows clear optics and duplex crosshairs.  The rifle is mounted with a Levy's S73D leather and suede lined sling marked Winchester with quick detachable swivels.  An overall excellent hunting rifle.  This rifle shows the Winchester pad not the USRA marked pad.
