All Items are subject to all of the rules relating to firearms transfers in Canada. All payments are in Canadian dollars and are sold pursuant to Canadian laws and regulations.

The items offered are owned by a Canadian Company Down East Trading Limited, a licensed Canadian Dealer.

Any purchaser must submit an electronic order form containing all of the pertinent information including full name and complete address, telephone number, email address, payment information and Canadian Firearms Acquisition License Number and Date of Birth.
All firearms on the Canada sales list will be sold to licensed Canadian purchasers and that all Canadian laws will be strictly adhered to as to the transfer of any firearms and related material.

LAY-A-WAYS

If you wish to lay away an item please forward your order form together with a 20% deposit. The balance of the purchase price can be completed in whatever schedule of payment works for the purchaser up to 3 months.  Arrangements can be made at the time of the purchase for higher priced items.  No interest charges are applicable.

PAYMENTS

Any and all payments can be made either by money order, EMT,  Visa or Master Card (Canadian Dollars only) please note that any visa billing can and will only be shipped to the same billing address as contained on the credit card and the address as listed on the Canadian Firearms License.

GUARANTEE

Our guarantee is very simple, upon receipt, if you do not like the item for any reason, simply return the item in the same condition as received for a no questions full refund. We would appreciate notification of a return within 15 days of the receipt of the item.  Buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

TAX AND SHIPPING

All sales are subject to the appropriate HST or GST tax and shipping charges including a $5.00 handling charge.  All items will be shipped by Canada Post or Courier  Any special shipping instructions must be arranged for between the parties at the time of ordering.

New items will be added to the sales list periodically. When ordering, please rely on the photographs, descriptions and our guarantee. We will not be in a position to provide any additional information or details of the items by telephone.
