• Description:

  SN 167732 is a Winchester Model 1890 in 22 WCF built in 1903.  This 2nd model rifle remains in better than average condition.  This piece retains most of it's orginal blue on the frame and bolt.  The barrel and mag tube show 80%+ blue with most loss above the foewood and near the muzzle.  The bore rates as a bright shootable bore with corrossion associated with the primers of the era.  The wood shows no cracks or breaks.  The rifle is mounted with a modern marble arms tang sight and front target.  Unfortunately ,the installer drilled an extra hole to mount the tang sight.  Overall this earlier Model 1890 remains in above average condition.  Note; We have 22 WRF ammo in stock but no reasonable shipping prices.
