• Description:

  SN 349320 is a 1894 Winchester in 32-40 caliber.  This rifle was built in 1906 as per serial  lists and 1907 as per the polishing room records.  This rifle was completely refinished for a prior owner.  All markings are clear.  We don't know who refinished this rifle but the item was expertly polished and blued.  The wood was also refinished in a quality manner.  This rifle appears to be mecahnically sound.  The bore shows overall corrosion and is best described as a very shootable bore.  The overall appearance is basically excellent.  This rifle comes with its original 32-40 caliber Model 1894 loading tool. (no decapping pin) This tool shows approximately 60% original blue. This would make a nice display item together with the 1894 rifle.
