  SN 12118 is a first year production Model 1892 in 32 WCF caliber.  There were only 127,511 of this Model built in 32 WCF.  This example shows a bright, excellent relined bore.  It would appear that a significant number of 1892 rifles in the small caliber 25 & 32 suffer from corroded bores.  This rifle obviously had a bad bore and was relined for a former owner.  The barrel shows clear markings, original sights and a brown/blue finish and no indication of a bulge.  The rifle shows the typical smooth Browning designed action.  There is very little if any rust or pitting on the metal.  The wood is sound and original with a small sliver out on the left side of the tang.  This piece should be an excellent shooter and a fair example of a 32 caliber Model 1892.  Non resticted.
