  SN 232076 is an 1873 rifle built in 1887 as per serial records.  This standard rifle is in 44 caliber, showing a bright very good plus bore.  The rifle shows an even overall brown grey finish with it's original sights, dust cover and clear sound markings.  The wood is overall very sound, showing normal usage marks and three knotches cut in the butt below the bottom tag.  This classic 134 yr old rifle shows it's obvous age and use, but remains in overall very good cocndition and is mechanicall tight  & sound.  Non restricted
