  All brass tool built by  Modern-Bond Co., Wilmington, Del.  This tool was built in the 1920's for approximately 10 years.  This example shows a dye for a 44 X L cartridge.  A neat tool with a built in reamer.  A scarcer piece for the gun tool collector.
