A very good to excellent 1912 pattern uniform tunic. This example dates to the Mexican pursuit of Pancho Villa led by General John Pershing. This example remains in sound condition. The piece is mounted with an original US leather belt, officers 1911 private purchase holster, cross belt etc. The double mag pouch is a later date 1918. This unit comes with a 1911 campaign hat. The leather band is marked S. Fisher Co. Red Banks NJ etc. This expedition was the last usage of US calvary mounted troops. All of the tunic buttons are original except for the crossed swords which are from a later date. A neat and relatively scarce piece of US militaria. ( Manakin not included)
