NSN is an English proofed percussioin rifle showing a 31", 70 caliber barrel with 6 grooves, sound rifling and light corrosion. The percussion lock is of the back action type and all the fittings are brass with engraving on the trigger guard and tang of the butt plate. There is a silver disk mounted on the risk without initials. The rod appears to be original. The item shows it's obvious usage and is an ideal canidate for restoration. Not a common piece on the Canadian market.
