  SN E08700 is a 22 magnum Silverboy rifle in new unfired condition.  This rifle was previously sold and returned due to a small crack on the top of the stock adjoining the frame.  Our gunsmith reinforeced and repaired the crack.  Considering the length of the stock and the shallow depth of incersion into the frame, this is probably a design fault.  This piece remains in new unfired condition aside from the above disclosure.  Non restricted status.
