  This is a superb condition Savage Pre War Model 6A semi auto tube fed rifle chambered in 22 S, L or LR.  Barrel is 24" with an excellent, bright strong bore.  Metal surfaces are blued and retain about 98% original finish with the bulk of the loss at the muzzle and some fine scattered scratches.  The hardwood stock is checkered at the wrist and retains most of original finish with only a few minor scratches on the butt.  This rifle has seen little to no use.  Best one we've had in some time.
