SN 8385U is a Model 95/34 Austrian military carbine.This excellent plus carbine shows the S mark on the barrel indicating it was converted from 8 X 50R to 8 X 56R sometime in the 1930's. This collector grade example shows all matching numbers, original blue, bright bolt and original wood and bright excellent plus bore. A collector grade piece reflecting the fact that this carbine was not placed back in service following conversion and upgrade. A piece for the military rifle collection.
