Lee Enfield built by BSA 1917 MK3 rifle. This piece was sporterized by Churchill (gun maker) Ltd., 32 Orange St, London, as marked on top of the barrel. All matching serial number 84756. This example shows a 23 1/2" barrel with bright excellent bore. This rifle wass stocked with custom wood with checkering found on the forestock and pistol grip. The butt shows a right hand check piece. The receiver was tapered for a scope mount. It is uncommon to find a sporterized Enfield marked to such a noted gunmaker such as Churchill. Non restricted,PAL required.
