• Description:

  SN 9055 is a cut back 2 band Snider rifle.  BSA 1865 dated lock, crown V.R.  The wood was cut back, the lower band and bayonet stud removed.  This Snider was rebuiltt as a Mark 2 two star with correct 30 1/2" barrel, shootable bore, strong rifling with scattered lighter corrosion.  A great piece for the black powder shooter as is or piece for restoration.  Antique status.
