• Description:

  Snider Sergeants Model short rifle.  This example shows the 30.5" barrel and correct iron fittings.  The lock is marked 1871 Enfield.  The wood is original but has been cleaned by aa previous owner. Sound action and shows the 5 groove rifling.  The bore shows overall corrosion but sound rifling that appears to be quite shootable.  The action and lock are sound and strong.  Antique- no PAL required to purchase or own
