• Description:

  An exceptional silver mounted flint pistol built by a member of the Brazier family of gun makers of London.  This pistol shows a 7 3/4" brass barrel marked I Brazier London.  The overall length is 13 1/2".  All the fittings are silver showing the silver proofs on the trigger guard strap.  The silver side plate shows flags, cannon.  The silver butt cap shows a snearing face.  The eschutchen on the grip shows armour flags and cannon with the initials of either the owner or maker.  A very attractive flint pistol from the mid 1700 era,Ref.
