  SN 1056 is a first year production 1907 pistol built for 1 year, 1908.  There were less than 3000 Type One pistols built.  This example shows a shootable 32 caliber bore with overall light corrosion and sound rifling.  This example shows all of the earliest features including the original metal grips- Reference: P58 &59 "Savage Pistols".  This example shows crisp clear markings, 97% original blue and case colored trigger.  A scarce Savage pistol for the Savage or auto pistol collector.  Prohib Status.
