A scarce bandoleer of Canadian military cartridges. The cartridges are the 7.62 ball Cnd Ex 2 dated December 1958 built by Dominion Arsenal Quebec. 10 cartridges in 5 round clips per cardboard sleeve. The headstamp is DA 58. The alloy clips are marked C1 DAQ 12-58 . All the cartridges remain in excellent condition with a few showing storage corrosion. The bandoleer holds 60 rounds . Light brown cloth bandoleer C MK 3 RA Pat C 1945. One corner shows a C broad arrow over 242. This is the first of Ex 2 bandoleers that we have had. We have had a number of boxed EX2 cartridges but no bandoleers. A piece from the trials era for the C1 rifle.
