  A scarce barrel for a scarce rifle, the Savage bull barrel Model 112 in 222 Remington.  The barrel is 26" with a bright excellent bore.  This model was built from 1975-1978.  A previous gunsmith attempted to mount a front sight as evidenced by the tap holes.   However, this did not effect the bore.  A very scarce barrel for the owner of a scarce Savage Varmint rifle.
