• Description:

  SN 287757 is a 1st to 2nd variation of the carbine built in the 1920's.  This example shows the 20" barrel with a bright excellent bore.  This example shows the 10" forearm and the earlier carbine type of buttplate.  The barrel shows clear sharp markings and correct original sights this carbine was built in 1926.  The wood is original but was refinsihed.  The lever shows original case colors.  A nice example of one of the variations of 99 carbines.  The metal shows most of it's original blue with some touch up by or for a prior owner.
