  Ross bayonet altered to utility or hunting knife.  See pages 329/330 of "The Ross Rifle Book".  This example shows an excellent blade, grips and modified scabbard.  The bayonet was originally issued 4/09, re issued 4/12 to the 76th issue #171.  The pommel shows the British broad arrow and inspector marks.  The modified scabbard remains in excellent condition.
