  This MKII shows a 28" original barrel with a good to very good bore. For reference see page 176-177 the Ross Rifle Story. This cut down can be a base for a rebuild or a very good parts gun. This piece retains some harder to find parts ie sight hood, top wood,swivels etc. It is mechanically sound. A piece for parts or project. This was a MKII 5 star with the Sutherland sight.
