  SN RM196465F is a Remington Model 783 with a factory scope in 243 Win.  This rifle remains in as new condition which was probably test fired only by previous owner.  This piece is factory mounted with a 3-9 X 40 scope.  The 20" barrel shows a bright, excellent bore.  Built without sight, button rifled free floating barrel.  As new rifle in it's factory box.
