    An excellent condition 308 caliber safari grade Model 1200 sporting rifle built by Parker-Hale Birmingham in 1970's.  This rifle appears to have been built on a commerical European barreled action in England.  This piece shows a 24" tapered barrel with Parker Hale and Jana Denver importers markings.  The bore rates at bright excellent.  The action is the new streamlined extremelty strong commerical action.  The bolt is bright high finish.  The trigger unit is Parker Hale.  The stock remains in excellent condition with the exception of the rubber butt pad that has gone hard due to long term storage.  This rifle is fitted with 4 X Redfield post and cross hair scope.  An excellent example of a Parker Hale built sporting rifle.  We have included photo copies of Catalogue #67 referencing this fine rifle as built by Parker-Hale.  Also see pages 14 & 15 of the 1973/74 Parker Hale export catalogue.
