  The Nova Scotia Forest Ranger badge.  This small unit was created in the 1930's and was in existence for a relatively short time.  The badge is maker marked Birks and was probably manufactured by Birks in Halifax at the time. A very good example in as issued and used condition.  Shows light corrosion on the reverse and a pin that shows obvious mounting.                  use.
