  This item is one of the scarcer Mossberg shot guns.  This the model 500 ATP 8 sp.  This piece shows a 20" barrel cyl bore, 3" 12 ga.  This is one of the military type of shotguns, 8 round magazine, fitted with bayonet lug, swivels and the heavy military or police wood.  The butt is factory fitted with a pad, the forwood shows the military style of 16 groved cuts.  The receiver is taped for scope or various sights.  This piece has seen very little actual usage.  This piece is mounted with a U.S. M7 Ontario and a U.S. military sling.  This is a piece for the military or the military shotgun collector.
