Antique powder horn and shot pouch circa 1860-1870's. The horn shows light decoration from it's period of use. The base of the horn shows a Mi'kmaq hunter with a bow drawn, with two birds on top of a tree. There are other remnants of what appears to be a bear head. The horn also shows remnants of light but worn carvings. The wood base is original showing rusted brads. The horn comes with an original leather shot pouch from the same time period.
