  SN 67073 is a Meriden Model 1910 double shotgun.  All matching parts, Damascus pattern barrels, 32", full and full, 2  3/4 12 gauge.  The company was actually owned by Sears Roebuck & Co.  They operated to 1918 when they ceased production.  The barrels rate  at good to very good.  Note: Any shotgun of this era should be checked by a licensed gunsmith prior to shooting same.  With Damascus pattern barrels, gunsmith should check re use of current ammunition.  Sold subject to above conditions.
