SN 1577R is a German 71/84 rifle built at Danzig Arsenal 1887. This example shows all matching numbers and a bright excellent bore. The wood remains in sound condition with all original proofs. The barrel shows all of the original blue. The butt plate tang shows issue markings 7RE over 2.198. This was probably one of the supplementary infantry units. A very good to excellent example of a 71/84 rifle. Nonrestricted.
