• Description:

  SN 4692 is a Mauser 71/84 built in Spandau showing matching numbers on barrel, receiver and small parts.  This example shows bright excellent bore with the ghost of a ring 1.5" down from the muzzle which would not effect the shooting.  This example shows faded blue on the barrel with clear markings.  The wood has been cleaned at some point but is sound and shows remnants of proofs.  The butt plate tang shows old marking 19RR 405 (Rekrutierung Regiment).
