• Description:

  Enfield Martini Henry MK 4 dated 1886.  This long lever Martini shows an excellent bore and is not one of the recent Nepalese imports.  The barrel shows an overall grey/blue finish with clear inspector and proof marks and no pitting.  The receiver shows obvious usage, clear markings and a crisp action.  The wood shows cleaning.  The right side of the butt shows an Enfield roundel and various unit markings.  The left shows a unit marking and its issue or rack number.  This piece comes with its' original rod and is a slightly better than average condition example.
