  SN 128510 is a Marlin Model 17, 12 gauge shotgun built  1906-1908.  This piece shows a bright excellent 12 gauge bore in a 30" barrel.  This example is complete save the non factory rubber pad.  Note: In 1998 Marlin released a service bulletin for gun owners not to fire any of the slide action guns that may be subject to system failures.  We can't comment or recommend anything relating to the firing of this item.  A neat item for the shotgun collection or display.  PAL required.
