• Description:

  SN253 is a rebuilt captured Luger pistol.  This is probably one of the post WW2 Russia rebuilt Lugers as captured during WW2.  This example shows SN253 on the barrel, frame and take down lever.  The bore rates very good to excellent.  The barrel shows machining mark, a KK mark and no German proofs.  The pistol was a WW1 1916 dated Luger showing the correct German proofs.  The breech/toggle unit is from a WW2 era S/42 Mauser built Luger.  The mag rates as excellent and the grips are post war.  This pistol is sold as a representative or parts pistol.  Prohib status.
