  1943 dated WW2 Long Branch trainer.  There were 3,788 of these non gun trainers built. See page 314 of "The Lee-Enfield " by Ian Skennerton, "The Final Edition".  He notes that only 250 were recorded as complete by December1943.  This example is dated 1943.  This example is missing the front locking portion of the bolt and the needle for punching the paper target.  It shows pitting on the metal, clear markings and sound wood.  Although this example is incomplete, it is one of only 250 1943 production.  It will look good in a rack of Lee Enfield variations.
