• Description:

  SN AA 1088 is a "Jungle Carbine" built by Fazakerley April 1947.  This piece shows a bright as new 303 caliber bore, No 1 bolt head and matching bolt.  The metal rates as excellent and shows most of the British military black enamel paint.  The wood rates as excellent with the metal tip fore-end.  A number of these post war carbines saw service in the Burma Campaign in the late 1940's.  An excellent example with an armour renumbered magazine .  A collector grade example.
