• Description:

  SN OL5754 is a very scarce 1st year production Long Branch No 4 MKI rifle.  By the end of 1941, 7,589 No 4 rifles were built at Long branch and delivered to the Canadian government (Skinnerton, page 311).  This rifle shows No 4 MKI(nostar), bright excellent bore, all original Canadian C broad arrow marked wood and matching bolt.  The receiver ring and the right side of the receiver show the C broad markings as well as a British Crown BNP marking.  A very scarce if not rare Long Branch No 4 MKI.  Example is all Long Branch except for English built mag.  A very scarce Canadian rifle out of 910,368 built at Long Branch, as per production records page 319.  Non restricted
