  SN 48498 is a No. 4 Mark 2 303 caliber rifle set up for target.  This example is one of a pair as owned and used by a Canadian target shooter.  This piece is mounted with an Alfred Parker Model TZ.4/47 rear target sight, matching bolt and stock as well as bright excellent bore.  This piece remains in very good plus condition.  The receiver ring shows a 61 date.  A sound target rifle from the 1960's-70's Canadian target shooting era.  A piece for the target shooter or Enfield collector.  Non restricted.
