• Description:

  SN 1561 is one of 2300 MK1 carbines as ordered by Canada in 1896 (Ref. pg. 103 of "Defending the Dominion" by David Edgecomb).  This parts gun shows a correct 20" barrel, notched for front sight and complete rear sight.  The bore overall shows corrosion.  The receiver is matching the barrel, shows clear markings with trigger unit and magazine frame.  Sold as parts on a no return basis.  A parts lot for some one rebuilding a Canadian MK1 carbine.  PAL required.
