  This Islamic flint Blunderbuss pistol shows a 10" three stage barrel, octagon,ring and round and an overall length of 19".   The piece shows a bell mouth muzzle of approximately 2".  The lock shows the name Wheeler (Robert 1707-1813, London (Robert & Sons 1813-1830) on the back.  The one piece stock is mounted with brass fixtures including a side plate mounted with a saddle ring bar.  This item appears to be a traditional flintlock that was built in the islamic world.  The stock shows remnants of silver wire.  A less common flint pistol and not a tourist trade item.
