  SN 75252 is a WW2 built No 1 MKIII* Lee Enfield rifle built under British control at Ishapore arsenal.  This piece shows matching numbers on the action, bolt, sight and nose cap.  The stock shows a post 1947 Indian SA( South Africa) broad arrow marking.   The bore rates as bright excellent.  The wood and metal remain in very good, as issued and used condition.  An overall excellent example of a WW2 and post war  issued and used Enfield.  The receiver shows the 1944 markings. This Enfield is totally matching including the original magazine.  A very good plus example for the Lee Enfield collection.
