• Description:

  SN8844 is a double 12 gauge black powder Belgium built post 1893 shot gun.  Both locks are marked Henry Arms Co.  The barrels are Damascus 30" showing bright lightly corroded black powder bores.  The chambers measure 1/8" under 2 3/4 indicating that it was designed to take 2 1/2" cartridges.  The chokes are 1 C and cyl.  Tight action and sound working locks.  We recommend that any Damascus gun not be fired until it is examined and or tested by a licensed gunsmith.
