• Description:

  This is a Harrington Richardson M4 bolt action survival rifle chambered in 22 Hornet.  Rifle is Canadian Broad Arrow marked on the top of the receiver just next to the barrel/receiver witness line. Serial numbers on the frame, barrel and bolt match.  Barrel is 14 1/4" with a very good plus to near excellent, bright strong bore with some stubborn fouling.  Overall length is 32 3/4"...with the wire stock retracted it's only 21 3/4".  Metal surfaces are parkerized and retain about 90-92% original finish with numerous light scattered scratches and marks.  A Lyman 55H receiver sight is mounted on the left side.  Rifle has a 5 round, unmarked blued magazine.  A rather nice example of these hard to find rifles; this one was issued to Canadian Forces.
