H&R Double Action 38 S&W Revolver

• Description:

  SN 483446 this H&R shows a 5" barrel and 99% bright original blue.  The hammer shows all of its' factory case color.  The bore rates as mint.  This collector grade H&R has been fired but very little.  The walnut grips remain in excellent condition save a small chip in the right panel at the top.  We have no background info on this example. However we do know that a number of the H&R revolvers were puchased during WW2 and issued to the crews of ferry command who delivered aircraft to England during WW2.  An excellent piece for any H&R collection.  Restricted Status.
