  This is a full box of 10 rounds of 11mm or 43 Mauser rifle ammunition for the German Model 1871 single shot rifle.  Box is opened, but the contents are full and proper with one primer showing a strike.  Headstamps are "87 * S" with months of "8, 9 or 10"  Box is blue with a white label...label is the 3rd application and is mostly intact.  The box has some paper damage at the back with worn edges and corners but should still display well.
