An excellent example of a court and or a diplomatic corps sword. This example was built by Hill Brothers,Old Bond Street, London West. The Hill brothers were considered to be the most respected military uniform business of the Victorian era. This example shows an excellent emblished blade of 30". The hilk and guard are gold flashed. The blade remains in excellent condition. The piece retains it's gold lace strap and bullion tassel. It comes in it's original scabbard but is missing it's original tip. An excellent example.
