Dutch Yataghan Sword Bayonet

  SN 668 is a bayonet built by P Stevens and dated 1872 for use with the Dutch Beaumont 11mm navy rifle and shows a crown F proof.  This piece shows a 22 1/2" blade, rated bright excellent with a few minor pitting on right side of blade while the left shows little corrosion.  A very early example as most 2nd pattern models were built 1873 forward.
