  We are please to offer an exceptional Deane Adam & Dean 50 caliber revolvver.  For reference refer to Chapter 6 & 7 of "The Revolver 1818-1865" by Taylerson et all.  This exceptioanl revolver remains   in as new condition and rides in its original casing with all of its' original contents. The blue and case colors remain in factory new condition.  There is no indication that this revolver was ever fired other than at the time of manufacture.  The barrel shows the 30 King Willimas St, London address.  The cylinder show no burn or staining.  The serial number is 1625 R on the forward grip strap.  This is a very early production Robert Adams self cocking revolver ( see plate 9 at page 97).  The revolver rides in its' original case 15" by 8" showing its' original liner and D.A & D trade label.  The case contains all of its' original tools and accessories, rammer, unfired mold, mint dixon flask (partial spring in place), screwdriver, nipple wrench and cutter, Dixon oiler, sealed DA & D cap tin and a second Eley cap tin.  This revolver is probably one of the finest condition and early Adams  revolvers to be offered on the Canadian market.  Condition and rarity that can't be easily matched.
