  SN 463477 is a deactivated Smith & Wesson that has been deregistered from the system.  This example shows a 5" barrel and pearl grips.  The left grip shows a 1/4" chip on the top edge.  An attractive example is now a non-firearm that can be displayed openly. but cannot be carried or openly displayed in public places.  No permit to purchase or own however proof of age over 18 is required.
