  Sn 61028  is a deactivated Type 94 pistol. There were approximately 70,000 of these pistols built. This example is from the late war production having been built in September of 1944 and considered to be of the 5th variation. This pistol shows the rough late war finish and slab wood grips. The finish rates at 95%  plus. This pistol comes with a matching holster and second magazine. As with all deactivated firearms it can be purchased without a license ,can be openly displayed but should not be displayed or caried in a public place.
