A deactivated H&R Reising Model 50 sub machine gun originally built for and marked to the FAC de Venezuela #31. At a later date , it may have been issued during WW2 to a unit in British Columbia pat 1940. These guns, built between 1941 - 1945, were issued to US forces with a small number shipped to Canada. We do not know the Canadian history of the Reisling that were shipped during WW2 but there was an indication that a few of these H&R's may have been carried by officers in the Pacific Coast Miltia Rangers 1942-1945. A relatively scarce item on the Canadian market.
